Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Amendment Regulations 2023

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to consequentially amend the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2013 following the making of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022 and the Crown Land (Reserves) (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987.

3Schedule 3 amended

In column 2 in the table in Schedule 3 to the Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations 2013[1]—

(a)in item 12, for "regulation 7(1) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute "regulation 8(1) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022";

(b)in item 13, for "regulation 7(2) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute "regulation 8(2) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022";

(c)in item 14, for "regulation 7(3) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute "regulation 8(3) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022";

(d)in item 15, for "regulation 7(4) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2012" substitute "regulation 8(4) of the Forests (Domestic Firewood) Regulations 2022";
