Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement
Notice) (Amendment) Regulations 1999
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Schedule to the Conservation, Forests and Lands(Infringement Notice) Regulations 1992—
(a)
to prescribe further offences against a relevant law for which an infringement notice may be served; and
(b)
to prescribe the penalties for those prescribed offences.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 91 and
99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act
1987.

3. Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Conservation, Forests
and Lands (Infringement Notice) Regulations19921 are called the Principal Regulations.
4. Amendment to Schedule of Offences
In items 4283 to 4288 of the Schedule to the Principal Regulations, for "Park (Catchment Protection) Regulations 1997" (wherever
occurring) substitute "Parks Regulations 1992".
5. Addition to Schedule of Offences
After item 4289 in the Schedule to the Principal
Regulations insert—
"4290 An offence under $100 camp in the reserve regulation 5(5) of without having paid the Forests the relevant fee (Murrindindi specified in Scenic Reserve) regulation 5(3) where Regulations 1999
