Notice) (Alpine Resorts) Regulations 2000

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe—

(a) further offences against a relevant law for which an infringement notice may be served; and

(b) the penalties for prescribed offences.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 91 and
99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act

1987.

3. Amendments to Schedule of Offences

Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement Notice) (Alpine
Resorts) Regulations 2000

After item 4302 of the Schedule to the
Conservation, Forests and Lands (Infringement

Notice) Regulations 19921 insert—

"4303	An offence under	$100	fail to comply with a
regulation 14(5)	vehicle entry permit
of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 19982
4304	An offence under	$50	fail to comply with a
regulation 22(5)	cross country ski trail
of the Alpine	permit
Resorts (Management) Regulations 1998
4305	An offence under	$100	fail to comply with a
regulation 25(5)	four wheel drive
of the Alpine	vehicle permit
Resorts (Management) Regulations 1998
4306	An offence under	$100	fail to comply with a
regulation 27(5)	vehicle permit
of the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 1998
4307	An offence under	$100	use an oversnow
regulation 31(2)	vehicle in an alpine
of the Alpine	resort without a
Resorts	permit that has been
