Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Conservation and Land Management
(Miscellaneous Fees) Regulations 1991.
Fees for entry to, and use of facilities
in, marine parks
2. (1) The Minister may impose such fees and charges as he or she from time

to time determines upon persons, or in respect of vessels—

(a) entering any marine park;
(b) using any facility in a marine park.

(2) Where a fee or charge is payable under subregulation (1) in respect of any vessel, the person in charge of the vessel is the person required to pay that fee or charge.

3. (1) The Minister may impose such fees and charges as he or she from time
to time determines upon persons, or in respect of vehicles, entering land referred
to in section 5 (g) of the Act and upon persons using camping sites or other

facilities on land referred to in section 5 (g) of the Act.

(2) Where a fee or charge is payable under subregulation (1) in respect of vehicles entering land referred to in section 5 (g) of the Act, the person in charge of the vehicle is the person required to pay that fee or charge.

Refusal or failure to pay fee
4. A person shall not, when requested to do so by an officer of the Department,
refuse or fail to pay a fee or charge that is payable by the person under

regulation 2 or 3.

Penalty: $200.
