Conservation and Land Management Act 1984

Conservation and Land Management Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2015

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Conservation and Land Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 4) 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 September 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Conservation and Land
Management Regulations 2002.

5.	Schedule 1 amended In Schedule 1 amend the provisions listed in the Table as set out
in the Table.

4.            Regulation 56 amended

In regulation 56(5):

(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$1.50" and insert:

$1.80

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "$10.00" and insert:

$13.00
