Conservation and Land Management Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Conservation and Land Management
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002.

4.            Regulation 81 amended

Regulation 81 is amended as follows:

(a)	by inserting after "include" — " any of the following ";
(b)	by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (c) and inserting instead —

(d) the location of infrastructure, and other similar
