Conservation and Land Management

Amendment Regulations 2014

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Conservation and Land Management
Amendment Regulations 2014.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day fixed under the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 2(b).

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Conservation and Land
Management Regulations 2002.

4.             Regulation 2 amended

(1)	In regulation 2 in the definition of bicycle delete “Road Traffic (Bicycles) Regulations 2002 regulation 3(1);” and insert:
Road Traffic Code 2000 regulation 3(1);

(2)	In regulation 2 in the definition of vehicle delete “same meaning as in the Road Traffic Act 1974;” and insert:
meaning given in the Road Traffic (Administration) Act 2008 section 4;

5.             Regulation 54 amended

In regulation 54(1) delete “law of the State if that road or track were a road for the purposes of the Road Traffic Act 1974.” and insert:

road law, as defined in the Road Traffic (Administration)
Act 2008 section 4, if that road or track were a road as defined
in that section.
