Conservation and Land Management

Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Conservation and Land Management
Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002*.

3.             Regulation 12 amended

Regulation 12(2) is amended by deleting "if it practicable" and inserting instead —

" if it is practicable ".

4. Schedule 2 amended
Schedule 2 Division 2 is amended as follows:

(a)

in item 32 by deleting "41(1) or (2)" and inserting " 41 ";

(b) in item 47a by deleting "mooring vessel" and inserting instead —

(c) in item 71a by deleting "102A(4)" and inserting

instead —

" 102A(3) ".
