HER HONOUR:   On 12 July 2016, the applicant filed a summons seeking reinstatement of his application for special leave to appeal. The Court directed that, pursuant to rule 13.03.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth) (“the Rules”), the summons be determined on the papers. The Court orders that:

1.The applicant’s application for special leave to appeal be reinstated.

2.The time for filing of the documents required by rule 41.10.3(c) of the Rules be extended until 4.00 pm on 29 July 2016 and be accepted for filing in the form exhibited to the affidavit of the applicant filed on 12 July 2016.
