HER HONOUR:   On 7 April 2017, the applicant filed a summons seeking reinstatement of his application for special leave to appeal. On 12 April 2017, the Court directed that pursuant to rule 13.03.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth) the summons be determined without listing it for hearing. I would dismiss the applicant’s summons. I publish my reasons.

The order of the Court is:

1.        The applicant’s application for reinstatement is refused.

2.The applicant’s summons filed on 7 April 2017 is otherwise dismissed.

I publish that order.

Adjourn the Court.
