HER HONOUR:   On 23 April 2019, the applicant, Mr Conomy, filed a summons seeking, among other things, an order pursuant to rr 2.02 and 4.02 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth) that the time fixed by the Rules for the filing of a notice of appeal be enlarged. For the reasons that I now publish, and without considering the merits of that summons, I direct that the various applications made in that summons should be referred to the Court that deals with any appeal in P22 of 2019. I publish those reasons.

In P22 of 2019, the orders of the Court are:

1.The summons filed by the applicant on 23 April 2019 be referred for consideration by the Court that deals with any appeal in P22 of 2019.

2.The title of P22 of 2019 be amended to read “In the matter of Jerrod James Conomy”.

I publish those orders.

Adjourn the Court.

AT 11.01 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
