The object of this Regulation is to amend the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Regulation 2015 to update

This Regulation is the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Amendment (Forms)
Regulation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Schedule 1 Forms

Insert “or substitutable tainted property” after “tainted property” in item 6 of Form 3.
