Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Regulation 2015 to update
Criminal Legislation Amendment (Organised Crime and

2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Regulation 2015
Schedule 1 Forms
Insert “or substitutable tainted property” after “tainted property” in item 6 of Form 3.
