I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance

of section 2 of the Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime Act 1989, do, by
this my Proclamation, appoint 11 January 1991 as the day on which that

Act, Division 4 of Part 2 excepted, commences.
