Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904.

After regulation 164a of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations the

following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed authority for purposes of sub-section 132f (5)

“164aa. For the purposes of sub-section 132f (5) of the Act, the prescribed authority is the officer in charge of the prison from which the person to whom the certificate relates was released.”.
