GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904.

Hearing

1. Regulation 25 of the
Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended by omitting from
sub-regulation (4) “Attorney-General” and substituting “Minister”.

2. Regulation 27 of the
Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph
(2) (b) “Attorney-General” and substituting “Minister”.
