Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904.

Hearing by the Commission constituted otherwise than by a single Commissioner

1. Regulation 25 of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (4) “Attorney-General” and substituting “Minister”.

Institution of appeal

2. Regulation 27 of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) “Attorney-General” and substituting “Minister”.

Date and place of hearing

3. Regulation 28 of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (d) “Attorney-General” and substituting “Minister”.
