Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1904.

Prescribed State Industrial Authorities for purposes of paragraph 22aa (2) (a) of the Act

1. Regulation 164aaaof the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraphs:

“(aa) Industrial Relations Commission of Victoria;

(ab) a Conciliation and Arbitration Board constituted under the Industrial Relations Act 1979 of the State of Victoria.”.

Prescribed State laws for purposes of section 44c of the Act

2. Regulation 164aab of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (a) the following paragraph:

“(aa) Industrial Relations Act 1979 of the State of Victoria.”.
