STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE COMMONWEALTH CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION ACT 1904-1934.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations.
“44a. Where in pursuance of section thirty-six of the Act the Court has referred a matter to a Local Industrial Board for investigation and report, there shall be payable to each member of the Board (not being an officer of a Registry of the Court or a Conciliation Commissioner) while engaged away from his home onthe business of the Board travelling expenses at such rate as is approved by the Attorney-General together with fares actually and properly paid by him.”.
