1Name of regulation

This regulation is the ComSuper Regulation 2014.

2Commencement

This regulation commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This regulation is made under the ComSuper Act 2011.

4Definitions

Note:A number of expressions used in this regulation are defined in the Act, including the following:

(a)    CEO;

(b)    PSSAP.

In this regulation:

Act means the ComSuper Act 2011.

5Cessation of the CEO’s function in relation to the PSSAP

For paragraph 8(6)(b) of the Act, subsections 8(1) and 8(3) of the Act cease to have effect in relation to the PSSAP at the end of 3 December 2014.
