I, ROMAN QUAEDVLIEG, Comptroller‑General of Customs, under section 4A of the Customs Act 1901, approve the attached “Data Elements Required for Electronic Reporting of Aircrew” statement as an approved statement for the purposes of communicating to the Department, an electronic report on crew who will be on board an aircraft at the time of its arrival at an airport in Australia, in accordance with subsection 64ACB(6) of that Act.

This Instrument commences on 1 October 2015.

Either ‘M’ for male or ‘F’ for female
