I, ROMAN QUAEDVLIEG, Comptroller‑General of Customs, under section 4A of the Customs Act 1901, approve the attached “WITHDRAWAL OF A DECLARATION” statement as an approved statement for the purposes of communicating electronically to the Department, a withdrawal of an import entry in accordance with section 71L of that Act.

This Instrument commences on 1 October 2015.
