Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Complaints (Australian Federal Police) Act 1981.

After regulation 8 of the Complaints (Australian Federal Police) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Standard of proof—breach of discipline

“9. The Disciplinary Tribunal shall not find that a member is guilty of a breach of discipline unless the Tribunal is satisfied beyond reasonable doubt that the member is so guilty.”.
