1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Competition and Consumer Amendment Regulation 2013 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This regulation commences on 15 February 2013.

1. Amendment of Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010

Schedule 1 amends the Competition and Consumer Regulations 2010.
