Compensation Court Regulation 2001 (NSW)
This Regulation is the Compensation Court Regulation 2001.
The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
The fees to be taken in the Compensation Court in respect of the matters set out in Schedule 1 are the fees specified in that Schedule.
A fee charged under this Regulation for any service is payable to the registrar of the Compensation Court:
(a) by the person at whose request the service is rendered, and
(b) when the service is rendered.
However, the registrar:
(a) may require any fee for the service to be paid before the service is rendered, or
(b) may, by order in writing, direct that the whole or any part of the fee be postponed, waived or remitted subject to such conditions (if any) as the registrar thinks fit to impose.
