COMPENSATION COURT ACT 1984—RULE

NEW SOUTH WALES

[Published in Gazette No. 125 of 13 October 1995]

1. This rule was made by the Rule Committee on 5th October 1995.

2. The Compensation Court Rules 1990 are amended by omitting Part

30 rule 3 and inserting instead:

3. (1) In this rule, “review” means review under section 36 of

the Act.

(2) An application for review of a decision of a commissioner

shall be made by notice of motion under Part 14.

(3) An application for review of a decision of a commissioner

shall be made within 28 days after the decision is given.
