COMPENSATION COURT ACT 1984—RULE

NEW SOUTH WALES

[Published in Gazette No. 43 of 7 May 1993]

1. This rule was made by the Rule Committee on 18th March, 1993.

2. The Compensation Court Rules 1990 are amended by omitting Part

13 rule 8 (4) and by inserting instead:

(4) If notice under subrule (3) is not filed and served within twenty-eight (28) days after the service of notice under subrule (2) the proceedings shall be continued as though the notice under subrule (2) had not been filed.
