COMPENSATION COURT ACT 1984—RULE

NEW SOUTH WALES

[Published in Gazette No. 48 of 22 March 1991]

1. This rule was made by the Rule Committee on 14th March 1991.

2. The Compensation Court Rules 1990 are amended by omitting

Part 29 rule 15 (2) (d) and inserting instead—

(d) in a claim other than a death claim, and other than proceedings mentioned in paragraph (c), upon the second scale;
