COMPENSATION COURT ACT 1984—RULE

NEW SOUTH WALES

[Published in Gazette No. 183 of 28 December 1990]

1.  This Rule was made by the Rule Committee on the 15th November, 1990.

2. Rule 49G (4) of the Compensation Court Rules is amended by deleting the words "but not exceeding $300.00".

3. Rule 49G (7) of the Compensation Court Rules is amended by deleting the words "but not exceeding $300.00 plus disbursements".

4. Rule 49G (9) of the Compensation Court Rules is amended by deleting the words "but not exceeding $300.00 plus disbursements,".
