(Commonwealth Government Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Compensation (Commonwealth Government
Employees) Act 1971.

Principal Regulations
1. In these Regulations,
“Principal Regulations” means the Compensation (Commonwealth Government
Employees) Regulations.
Prescribed authorities
2. Regulation 9 of the
Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “The
Australian National University”.
Offices
3. Regulation 10 of the
Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1) “Australian National University Act 1946-1971”.
Prescribed class of
persons
4. Regulation 11 of the
Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end of the table in
sub-regulation (1)—
“Persons employed to assist in the households of the
Governor-General who are employed otherwise than on a regular basis

in the course of that employment”.
