Compensation (Commonwealth Government Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Compensation (Commonwealth Government Employees) Act 1971.

Prescribed class of persons

Regulation 11 of the Compensation (Commonwealth Government Employees) Regulations is amended by adding at the end of the table in subregulation (1):

“Persons employed by Telecom Australia (International) Limited Acts performed in the course of that employment”.
