Compensation
(Commonwealth Government Employees) Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Compensation (Commonwealth Government Employees) Act 1971.

Prescribed
class of persons
1. Regulation 11 of the
Compensation (Commonwealth Government Employees) Regulations is amended by
adding at the end of the table in sub-regulation (1)—
“Persons—
(a) engaged under sub-section 26 (3) of the High Court of Australia Act 1979; or
| Acts
performed for the purposes of the High Court”.

(b) whose services have been made available under sub-section
26 (6) of that Act,
|
for
the purposes of the High Court
2. Regulation 1 shall be
deemed to have come into operation on 21 April 1980.
