The object of this Regulation is to enable the Western Sydney Parklands Trust to exercise certain functions general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Companion Animals Amendment (Western Sydney Parklands
Trust) Regulation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Companion Animals Regulation 2008

Clause 29 Local authority for certain places

Insert after clause 29 (1) (c):

(d) Trust land within the meaning of the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006—the Western Sydney Parklands Trust.
