This Notice is the Companion Animals (Adjustable Fee Amounts) Notice.

2Definition

In this Notice:

the Regulation means the Companion Animals Regulation 2008.

3Annual adjustment for inflation of registration fees

For the purposes of clause 2 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation, the adjustable fee amount that is to apply for a financial year specified in Column 1 of the Table to this clause in respect of the provision of the Regulation specified in Column 2 of that Table is the amount specified in Column 3 of that Table opposite that financial year and provision.
