1      Name of Notice

This Notice is the Companion Animals (Adjustable Fee Amounts) Notice 2019.

2      Definition

In this Notice:

the Regulation means the Companion Animals Regulation 2018.

3      Annual adjustment for inflation of registration fees

For the purposes of clause 2 (6) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation, the adjustable fee amount that is to apply for a financial year specified in Column 1 of the table to this clause in respect of the provision of the Regulation specified in Column 2 of that table is the amount specified in Column 3 of that table opposite that financial year and provision.
