Companies (Western Australia) (Transitional

Provision) Repeal Rules 2005

Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

1.             Citation

These rules are the Companies (Western Australia)
(Transitional Provision) Repeal Rules 2005.

2.             Commencement

These rules come into operation on the day on which they are
published in the Government Gazette.

3.             Rules repealed

The Companies (Western Australia) (Transitional Provision)
Rules 1982 are repealed.
