Regulations under the Companies (Trustees and Personal Representatives) Act

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Trustees and Personal Representatives) Regulations.

2Forms

• (1)

  In these Regulations, a reference to a form by number shall be read as a reference to the form so numbered in the Schedule.

• (2)

  A form in the Schedule shall be completed in accordance with such directions and instructions as are specified in the form.

3Declarations by trustee companies

For the purposes of section 13(1) of the Act, a statutory declaration shall be in accordance with Form 1.
