Companies Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in accordance with subsection 577 (2) of the Companies Act 1981,hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Prescribed universities

1. Regulation 21 of the Companies Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (e) the following paragraph:

“(ea) Northern Territory University;”.

Prescribed institutions

2. Regulations 22 of the Companies Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (ja).
