Companies Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, JOHN C O U N T O N MOORE, the Minister of State for Business and Consumer Affairs, hereby make the following Regulations under the Com­ panies Ordinance 1962.

Commencement

1. Regulations 2, 3 and 4 and sub-regulation 5 (2) shall come into

operation on the date fixed under section 2 of the Companies	(Acquisition
of Shares) Act 1980.
Repeal

2. Regulations 24 and 24A are repealed.

Modification of Form 52 or 53

3. Regulation 24B of the Companies Regulations is amended by omitting

"'Form 51A, Form 51B,".

omitting Form 5 1 A and Form 51B.

First Schedule

4. The First Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended by

omitting—

"180x(3) .	Notice by offeror of take-over offers to dissenting offeree.	51A
180Y(2) .	Notice bv offeror of take-over offers to remaining shareholders	51B"
Second Schedule

5. (1) The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended by omitting from Form 1 ". of any books, minute book, register or record required by or under that Ordinance to be kept by the company".

(2) The Second Schedule to the Companies Regulations is amended by
