of Australia, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon me by the Companies Ordinance 1931, hereby make the following Kegulations to come into operation on and from the date of the" commencement of the Companies Ordinance 1931.

1. These Kegulations may be cited as the Companies Kegulations. short title.

2. The fees payable in respect of transactions under the Companies Veen.

Acts in their application to the Territory and under the Companies (Registration of Securities) Act, 1918, as adopted by the Companies Ordinance 1931, shall be in accordance with the Schedule to these
