Companies (Fees) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and in accordance with sub-section 5 (2) of the Companies (Fees) Act 1981, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1984.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Companies (Fees) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from Column 3 in Item 1 “66” and substituting “70”;

(b) by omitting from Column 3 in Items 2, 7, 8 and 47 “33” and substituting “35”;

(c) by omitting from Column 3 in Items 3, 23 and 30 “28” (wherever occurring) and substituting “30”;

(d) by omitting from Column 3 in Items 3, 11, 14, 26, 29, 35, 44, 45, 46, 47, 56 and 57 “55” and substituting “60”;

(e) by omitting from Column 3 in Items 5, 15, 16, 17, 24, 27, 28, 37, 38, 43, 53 and 55 “17” and substituting “18”;
