AN ACT to continue the Companies Duty Act, 1899, for the recovery of Duties and Penalties payable thereunder.

[Assented to 1st December, 1903.]

and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this presentBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :--

1. THIS Act may be cited as the Companies Duty Act Con- tinuance Art, ] 903.

Short title.

2, THE Companies Duty Act, 1899 shall continue in force for

the recovery of all duties due and payable and all penalties incurred

to the end of the year One thousand nine hundred and two thereunder until all such duties and penalties are paid and all proceedings for the recovery of the same are finally determined.
