Companies (Co-operative) (Fees)

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 409(3) of the
Act.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Companies (Co-operative)
(Fees) Regulations 2002.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

3.             Interpretation

In these regulations —
"Tenth Schedule" means the Tenth Schedule to the Companies

(Co-operative) Act 1943* .

4.            Tenth Schedule replaced

The Tenth Schedule is repealed and the following Schedule is inserted instead
