Companies (Co-operative) Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Companies (Co-operative) Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Companies
(Co-operative) Regulations 1947*.

4.             Schedule II amended

Schedule II is amended in item 12 by deleting “Land Titles
Office” and inserting instead —
“

office of the Western Australian Land Information Authority

”.
