AMENDMENT ACT

No. 18 of 1991

AN ACT to amend the Companies (Co-operative) Act 1943.

[Assented to 21 June 1991.1

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Companies (Co-operative)

Amendment Act 1991.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Section 174 amended

3. Section 174 of the Companies (Co-operative) Act 1943* is amended by deleting "one twentieth part" and substituting the following
