(Fees) Regulations.

9 of the Companies Ordinance 1962—

(a) the prescribed fee payable in respect of the registration of a person as a company auditor, or in respect of the registration of a registered company auditor as a registered liquidator, is Two pounds; and

(Z>) the prescribed fee payable in respect of the renewal of the registration of a registered company auditor or of a registered liquidator is One pound.
