AN ACT to amend the Companies Aet Amendment

Act, 1929.

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inBE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Companies Act further

Amendment Act, 1930.

Amendment of 2. Section two of the Companies Act Amendment Act,

a. 2.

1929, is hereby amended by the insertion, after paragraph

(c) thereof, of a paragraph as follows:

or (d) a partnership or firm consisting only of two or more companies registered under the principal Act as amended by this Act.

Insertion of new	3. A section is hereby inserted in the Companies Act
section.

Amendment Act, 1929, after section eight thereof, as fol- lows :—

0o-operative	SA. Any two or more companies registered under the sanction of a special resolution of each of the companies, enter into partnership with one another and carry on together any business, industry, or trade which could be lawfully carried on by the said companies or any one of them.
