An Act to repeal part of	" The Compnfiies Act, 1864."

HERE AS by an Act, No. 13 of 1864, intituled " An Act for Preamble.

the lncor~mtion, Reguhtion,nnd Winding-up of Trading

Companies and other Assocmtions," it is amongst other things enacted, that from and after the said Act coining into operation,

The Associati~ns Incorporation Act, 1858," should be repealed: And whercm, it is expedient to repeal so much of the said Act, No. 13 of 1864, as repeals " The Associations Incorporation Act, 1858:"

Be it therefore Enacted, by the Governor-in-Chief of the Province

Parliament assembled, as follows:

l. From and after the passing of this Act, so much of the said Repeal of such of

Act No. 13 of 1864,
