s1 2 s3 Community Services (Torres Strait) Amendment No. 335, 2007 Regulation (No. 5) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Torres Strait) Amendment Regulation (No. 5) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the CommunityServices(TorresStrait) Regulation 1998. 3 Insertion of new s 65D Part 11— insert— ‘65D Appointment of financial controllers—Dauan Island council ‘(1) Andrew Muir and James Evans are each appointed as a financial controller for the Island council for the Dauan council area. ‘(2) The appointment is for the period starting on 14 December 2007 and ending on 18 March 2008.’.
