This regulation may be cited as the Community Services Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2000 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES (ABORIGINES) REGULATION 1998 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 2. This part amends the CommunityServices(Aborigines)Regulation1998 . ˙ Amendment of s 33 (Procedure at meetings) 3. Section 33(2)(a)— omit, insert — ‘(a) voting— (i) for the appointment of the chairperson or deputy chairperson may be open or by secret ballot as the councillors present may decide; and (ii) otherwise, must be open; and’.

Section 10(1)(b), ‘Islander’— omit, insert — ‘Island’. ˙ Amendment of s 33 (Procedure at meetings) 6.
