Community Services (Child Care) Amendment

Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Community Services
(Child Care) Amendment Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Community
Services (Child Care) Regulations 1988*.

3.	Regulation 3 amended Regulation 3 is amended by deleting the definition of "Board*'.
4.	Regulation 21 amended Regulation 2](3), (4) and (5) are repealed.

5.            Regulation 34 amended

Department.

Regulation 34 is amended by deleting "the Board has demonstrated that".

6.            Regulation 51 amended

Regulation 51(3a) is amended by deleting "Board" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead -

" Director-General ".

7.            Regulation 71 amended

Regulation 71(1)0) is amended by deleting "the Board." and inserting instead -

8.           Regulation 75 amended

Regulation 75(2) is repealed and the following subregulation is inserted instead —

(2) The Consultative Committee shall include such persons

as the Director-General thinks appropriate.
