s1 2 s5 Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment No. 280, 2004 Regulation (No. 4) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Community Services (Aborigines) Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2004 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 March 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Community Services (Aborigines)Regulation 1998. 4 Insertion of new pt 10B After section 64C— insert— ‘Part 10B Prescribed community areas ‘64D Prescribed community areas ‘For the definition prescribed community area in section 95 of the Act, each community area stated in schedule 1P is prescribed for section 112A 1 of the Act.’. 5 Insertion of new sch 1P After schedule 1O— insert— 1 Sections 95 (Definitions for pt 6) and 112A (Offences relating to homemade alcohol) of the Act
